Competition Team

Sideline Only

The competition team will cheer at home and away football games and will compete in 1-3 events (dependent on level) in the fall timeframe against local towns in our area.

• Competition teams are open to athletes in grades 1 through 8

• Those who make the Competition team are automatically on Sideline as well.

• To join the competition team, athletes will be asked to tryout.

• Tryouts will consist of a dance, cheer, jumps and tumbling. We welcome ALL levels and abilities.

• Cost: $150.00 (plus the respective sideline cost).

• Practice will occur in August (last week) and Sept. (first week) and then throughout the season two nights per week.

• Commitment: weekend games, weekly practices, mandatory choreography dates and competitions (Dates: TBD).

• Required apparel in addition to supplied uniforms:
  • White cheer sneakers
  • Red sparkle briefs
  • Blue leggings/windpants
  • Game-day t-shirt

Sideline cheerleaders support the Mites, Mighty Mites, PeeWee and Midget football teams by cheering them on at both home and away games.

• Instructional athletes (Grade K) will join Mighty Mites and cheer only at home games.

• Sideline cheer is open to grades K through 8

Cost:

• Instructional (Grade K): $75.00
• Mighty Mites (Grade 1-2): $125.00
• Mites (Grade 3-4): $200.00
• PeeWees (Grade 5-6): $200.00
• Midgets (Grade 7-8): $200.00

• Practice will occur in August and Sept. (first week). There will be NO other practices throughout the year.

• Commitment: weekend games throughout the season.
  • Saturday for Mighty Mite
  • Sunday for Mites, PeeWees & Midgets
